We are a leading provider of construction program management
application software solutions looking for experienced Regional
Account Executives (AE) to sell the PARAGON Program Management
System into Public and Private (Fortune 1,000) Owners
and Construction Management organizations.
As an AE you
will be expected to develop a sales pipeline, close business,
and provide account management to clients in your territory.
Territories are defined by owner type (public or private)
and geography (mid-Atlantic, southeast, etc.) This position
will report to the Vice President of Sales - North America.
Requirements
- 5-7 years software sales experience
to Fortune 1,000 customers
- 5 years quota overachievement with
annual sales in excess of $1M
- Experience selling to CIO, VP, etc.
- Experience in managing complex software/services
solutions involving multiple vendors
- Construction industry experience a
huge plus

Solutions Engineer
ViaNovus Solution Engineers should possess:
Ability to provide expertise in software implementation and
guidance for effective and efficient methodologies to manage
construction projects from an Owners' perspective
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction with consulting projects
and maximize company's revenues
Ability to resolve complex business application
problems, by phone or through personal visit, with a consulting
project team
Excellent presentation, writing, communications, human relations
and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledge and expertise
in the management of construction projects
- Technical presentation of product
to prospects and clients
- Act as a key contact for clients
and projects
- Assist with and support the
training of clients
- Facilitate client needs
- Assist in proper network implementation
of PARAGON software
- Provide Technical Support as
clients might require
- Ability to travel at least 50%
of the time
Education and/or Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
with an emphasis in
- Construction Management or equivalent
experience is preferred.
- Advanced degree is a plus. Experience
in the Construction
- Management industry and strong interpersonal
skills are also a plus. Database knowledge a very strong
plus, particularly in Microsoft FoxPro and SQL.
Energetic, self-motivated, computer proficient
professionals with Construction Management experience are
encouraged to apply.
