Overview
"ViaNovus" is Latin
for "new way." We chose this name because it exemplifies our business
and technology philosophy. Through the ViaNovus® vision, we have
blended yesterday's values with tomorrow's technology to create
program management solutions to help our customers succeed.
ViaNovus is the leading provider of owner-focused
program management solutions for the construction industry.
Our development and implementation staff consists of professional
engineers of all disciplines. For the past 10 years
our firm has provided software and implementation for the largest
projects in the world. The ViaNovus Consulting Team has performed
over 100 implementations for a variety of public and private agencies
on projects worth over $85 billion. Although we serve the
entire construction industry, we do focus on the following target

Technology
Partnerships and Credentials 
ViaNovus Development and Technical Support staff has developed COTS
and custom systems for several of the top 100 CM firms in the country.
All ViaNovus products are developed using the Microsoft Development
Suite and are designed to integrate with third-party systems to
include existing database and Notes-based systems. Our developers
are skilled in several software languages to include Visual Basic,
Java, XML, Visual FoxPro and MS Access. Our developers have
experience in integration with several COTS third-party financial
systems to include PeopleSoft and have strong experience with Oracle,
Access, FoxPro, and SQL Server. In addition, our developers
have written several interfaces to custom financial and project

Support Focus
ViaNovus provides 24 x 7 support for our ASP clients and guarantee
a 30-minute response time for all support issues. Although
our standard upgrade policy states an annual release of our products,
bug fixes in the ASP environment are immediately deployed to our
website with release notes provided to our clients. For all
our engagements, there is a dedicated Consulting Account Manager
provided to the client to support standard ViaNovus technical support
staff.
What Makes
us Different
ViaNovus specializes in the development and implementation of owner
focused program management software. We currently are the
only software company that develops products for owners that are
written by developers who come from a resident engineer/project
controls background. This owner-focused vision initiated by
the founders is still in place today, with the original founders
in charge of initial development of our products 9 years ago still
in senior management positions today. Our flagship product
PARAGON is designed to perform all areas of cost management from
an owner’s to include cost, change and risk management. Written
using standard APIs and leveraging Microsoft DCOM architectural
standards, PARAGON has built-in interfaces to most best-of-breed
project management tools to include MS Word, Excel and Project;
Primavera Project Planner (P3); AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat.
In addition, our object-oriented architecture has enabled us to
develop custom interfaces to many third-party and custom applications
and our experienced staff is capable of performing integration to
the COTS as well as custom systems.
